Konigsberg Rolling Mill Joint Stock Company seal.

From the finder, "Koningsbergen (German: Königsberg officially until 1936 Königsberg in Preußen and then until 1946 Königsberg (Preußen), later Kaliningrad) was a German city in East Prussia. Koningsbergen was founded in 1255 and was the capital and cultural and economic center of eastern Prussia from 1457 to 1945.
The roller mill in Königsberg was the largest rye mill ever built.
Built in 1890 in Rathshof (Holsteiner Damm 104-115), it processed 43,000 tons of mostly Russian rye every year. The ground grain was exported as flour and the bran was used for agriculture. The Königsberg mill works they sold in 1927 to the brothers Gustav and Erich Karow."
