FLAX inspector NEBEDOMOV working out of 74 post on the Baltic Sea coast in 1787 (Perhaps in St Petersburg or Narva, Memel, Tilsit, Konigsberg, Liebau, Reval or Riga ..(probably under licence to Riga)
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are HP with 12H heads of flax plants in the bale. The meaning of the T symbol is yet to be solved ...
