With the help of other similar seals:-
A French sugar bag seal. One side has SUCRES in an oblong block on ornate scroll work with a semi circular peletted border. The other side has the number 73 in the centre a solid circle around that and between this and a pelleted outer circle is REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE.
