Found in Yorkshire, 24 x 17mm.

A two disc cloth seal with the riveted side showing a head facing right in a beaded border and the other side showing a wheel with eight spokes.

This was thought to show the Wheel of Mainz but that normally has six spokes. The head has not been identified.
