Found on the isle of Sheppey, Kent.
Raised circle border on both sides. Inside one is GORDES . curving downward above a six petalled flower head in the centre and (V)AUCLUSE curving upwards below. The other side has (M?). JOU(N?)and possibly more letters curving downward with a figure (2?)? at the base.
Gordes is a commune in the Vaucluse département in the Provence-Alps-Côte d'Azur region in south-eastern France.
From Philippe Lanez, reverse M. JOUVE, a known miller in Gordes, possibly an oil mill.
