2/2 Seal / Token?

2/2 Seal, Image & Found by Strebor.
Found in Cambridgeshire.
"It's a common or garden lead unifaced seal with "2/2" in a beaded circle."

Might be a token or tally rather than a seal - further investigation needed.

More from the finder:- "The "2/2" seal has all the attributes of a seal, ie it looks as if it is two pieces of formed lead pressed together and space for a wire or cord to pass through. It certainly does not look at all like a token - many of which I have found. It measures 20 mm across at its widest diameter."
