From Paul Cannon, "According to the following link Jean-Françoise Schotsmans married Nathalie Lyoen. Both their names appear on the seal. In the 1840s Schotsmans rebuilt and established an important flour mill at Moulin-le-Comte in Aire-sur-la-Lys in the Pas-de-Calais. For further details of the mill and its buildings see Patrimony and Historic Monuments of France."
