Found in the USA, Mississippi, 39mm.
"This seal was found in Natchez, Mississippi in the United States next to a home called an Antebellum Home. This particular home was finished in 1809. On the back of the seal I can see what appears to be 3 letters. At 12 o'clock position there is a B or a P inside a small circle, at 9 o'clock position there is a G inside a small circle, at 3 o'clock there is another letter inside a small circle that I can not make out. This design is all surrounded by a beaded design like the front. Very interesting design. Unlike any I have seen on the Internet."
A hint of the continental / Dutch type of seal about it, possibly Haarlem. 20 ells is the unit of length used in the Lowlands and early England - thought to be the origin of alnage.
