Cloth Seal, Unknown, Continental, Lion

Cloth Seal, Continental, Lion, Image & Found by Claes Pettersson.
Found in Jönköping, Sweden, 20mm.

Lombardic script, possibly vft / ein // shield bearing lion rampant facing left

Continental seal. Should be identified in time as well preserved and clearly marked.

Translation (Google!), "For me it is a lead seals of Flanders, I read " OFT DFT / EIN " the lion is very lion of Flanders .
1st solution : the legend will read " Oftein " there are no towns of this name but there are tales of Oftein in Germany is the 2nd part of the 17th and after .
2nd solution can lead Delft , like this one of the 15th century whose legend looks like the first line of your lead. View 11/42 Lead - By cons should have the arms of the city on the back and name the lion : Delft Seal."
