Not a Seal, Lead Head from a Roofing Nail, Image & Found by Nsdq. Found in USA. From SkaBa, "The lead covers the head of the nail to make it water proof. They are used on corrugated metal roofs." From the finder, "I found a few more in the same area one with a nail still in it."
