A two disc cloth seal tentatively ascribed to (London?) cloth merchant.

From Paul Cannon, "I wonder if this might be another ‘packers’ seal? If so it could read [..] COOK / [P]ACKE[R] / [L]ONDO[N] There is enough room for an initial. For a similar styled seal see BSG.CS.01015. The following relate to Thomas Cook of London who is described as a ‘packer’. The dates are perhaps too early though or maybe not? The National Archives, Kew, C 11/2024/10, Cook v Fisher and The National Archives, C 11/2026/7, Cook v Diston."
