Group of seals with H&BD and a small 6 pointed star around the interior edge of a raised circular border on one side and a large 7 pointed star in the middle of the other side.

No product, company or organisation has yet been associated with these seals but this H&B Seal, Image by StuE, Found by Allsopp suggests it might be a flour bag seal.
