U.S. Customs seal. U.S. curved across the top, DET across the middle and (M?)ICH curved across the bottom. Other side has crossed keys with IN TRANSIT curved above them further writing is apparent on the outer lip BRO are the only letters to be made out. DET and MICH indicate Detroit, Michigan.
