Vase, pellet / crown / pellet to sides // crowned lion with double tail holding bow & arrow, flowering shrub to left

The arms are from the Swedish Royal House of Vasa, which dates it to 1523 to 1654.

These types of seals are usually attached to metal rods or metal items such as cauldrons.
