Flax inspector S.KLADUKHIN working out of 42 post at a port on the Baltic Sea coast in 1803 .. The previous Grower/Owner or Agent had the initials CK and there were 12 flax plant heads in the bale .. The seal can be seen at IDS 529 on The PeaceHavens Project."
