ST Ligature Seal, Image by StuE, Found by PWS
Found in the Colchester region.
Both side have the same plain ligature that looks to be made of a large S and T with the foot of the T stopping half way down the lower loop of the S. There may also be a cross or ampersand where the T crosses the S.
