Not a Seal, Lead Tag, Image & Found by Pete E. Found in North Wales, 23mm. T shaped strap-like banding on both sides Broken along one end and across projection at other end. In some sense this could be considered a seal as it looks like those blobs of lead attached to the the ends of were twists. Any suggestions welcomed.
