VR Ligature Seal, Image & Found by Lancastrian.
From the Yorks/Lancs boarder area.

Bag seal with VR ligature in middle surrounded by word beginning DA then 2 or 3 characters missing then STOMS and possibly more letters. The other side has a clear A and P.

Looks to have a rivet but this feature was probably caused by the attachment cord being ripped out.
