From Daniel Lau, "The seal is not from Cologne, but from Linden (near Hannover). The seals reads: LINDENER SALZ. Please feel free to check the location of Linden (which now is a part of the city of Hannover, called Linden-Limmer): Linden-Limmer, 'The village of Linden originated in the 11th century and grew into an industrial city in the 19th century, which was incorporated into Hanover in 1920. Linden today consists of the districts of Linden-Mitte, -Nord and -Süd.'
For another example see Bleiplomben, found near Ahnsen."
