Third line - 1767 = date of assessment.
Second side:-
First line- ?? = ?? = cannot be discerned (probably ЛД = LD = initials for Flax Inspection).
Second line - (AOD?)?(P?)EB(R?) = name of quality control officer.
Third line - *N70* = number of work station used by officer.
