30 scratched // bust of long-haired king facing left, wearing arched crown, wing collar and ceremonial chain of honour around neck, sceptre to left

See No.247, Fig.33, Geoff Egan,Lead cloth seals and related items in the B.M. (B.M.occ.papers 93), "The well-engraved portrait is not obviously that of an English king. A late seventeenth-/early eighteenth-century date seems appropriate. Perhaps an official seal of some kind, though it lacks a clarifying legend."
