Found in Beccles Suffolk.
Looks to be SWAINSEEDS written across the middle and from another seal BRISTOL is known to be beneath. On the other side is a double triangle.

"Ward's [see Ward & Company seal] were seed merchants throughout that period [1870 to 1940]. Similarly Swain, who doesn't make an appearance in the local trade directories until the 1930s."
