From Ged Dodd, "Obverse:- ДВОЙНОЙ БАЛЬЗАМЪ which is Double Strength Balsam, probably made in Riga.
The Initials CH are stamped over ЦЕЗАРИ which is TSEZARI or Julius Caesar Brand.
The reverse is scraped blank.
