(With additional information from other seals) Continuous raised circular border on both sides with THE QUEEN'S SEEDSMEN in 3 straight lines across the middle and curved around the circular border WEBB & SONS at the top and around the bottom SALTNEY STOURBRIDGE on one side and their trade mark shield on the other.

Interesting variant on the common Webbs seal - Queen's Seedsmen - a celebration of gaining a Royal Charter around 1890-1900 they had become the appointed seedsmen to Queen Victoria.
