The rivet from an alnage seal stamped with the royal ligature of Anne, a crowned AR in a line border.

See:- Nos.145 & 152 Fig.27, Geoff Egan, 'Lead cloth seals and related items in the B.M. (B.M.occ.papers 93)' These show the more elaborate ligatures on the inner discs from the mould used to cast the seal. The design in the stamp used to seal the rivet is simpler.
