See BSG.CS.00004 for a complete four-part alnage seal with the same date and alnagers' mark and also with ENGLAND but with a crown replacing the fleurs-de-lis and BSG.CS.01772 for one with a harp.

Oxford seals have been found with the same ligature that Egan interprets as "[?EHMS in alphabetical order]", Provenanced Leaden Cloth Seals by Geoffrey Egan, Sub-Department of Medieval Archaeology, University College, University of London. submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, 1987.
