Found in the Durham area.

First side:-
First line - NP = unknown initials.*
Second line - ПAC12K = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales.
Third line - 1787 = date of assessment.

Second side:-
First line - ПД = PD = Hemp Inspection but could also stand for Port Inspection or Tow Inspection.
Second & Third line - Н.УТО = N.UTO
УКИНЬ = UKIN = name of quality control officer, two other NP seals from the 1780s are recorded with this name (AJPC 06) and (HARGM: 13606.08)*.
Fourth line - H3? = N3? = number of work station used by QA officer.
