From Paul Cannon, "For a full page advert for 'One and All' seeds and fertiliser see The Book of Bee-Keeping by W.B.Webster, Fourth Edition, L.Upcott Gill, London. The advert occurs very close to the beginning of the book. According to the advert, 'ONE & ALL' was the registered trademark of the Agricultural and Horticultural Association Ltd which was founded in 1867."

Unfortunately examination of the file reveals it to be a company set-up to produce a 'Penny Newspaper'. It was not successful as it was dissolved 1895. Not connected with this seal.
