One side has Carters in joined script straight across the centre with a circular border of joined pellets. The other side has LONDON and a five petalled flower head curved around the inside the joined pellet circle.
The script style of Carters looks very much like that registered as the trademark for Carters Tested Seeds (The Best & Cheapest) 1879.
