First line - N.P. = unknown initials.*
Second line - OP9(H?) = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales.
Third line - 1824 = date of assessment.

Second side:-
First line- (Л?)Д = (L?)D = initials for (Flax?) Inspection.
Second & Third line - Г.БОБЬI = G.BOBI
ЩНЦК = ShNTsK = name of quality control officer.
Fourth line - ?77 = number of work station used by QA officer.
