Found in North Hertfordshire / Cambridgeshire area, 34 x 15mm, 7.0g.
A complete four disc alnage seal with disc 2 displaying the bust of George I and disc 3 showing a crowned rose and thistle springing from the same plant with the alnage levy of 1 1/2 either side of the crown. Part of an RWR ligature can be seen on the riveted side of discs 1 & 2.

The William III royal monogram is evidence of alnager's using serviceable stamps from previous monarchs.
