Found in a field in old Vaasa, western Finland, 20mm.

Four pointed star, POLARSTERN around // circle of pellets, ...GER WALZENMÜHLE curving down ...inscription curving up around

The indications are that this is a German rollermill seal but no such mill named Polaris or Pole Star has yet been identified.
