Three ostrich feathers emerging from a coronet with banner beneath, inscription to left? // blank

A two-disc alnage seal bearing the Prince of Wales feathers. The usual inscription is 'I serve' in German - "Ich dien". The lettering here may be the initials of the alnager, LE?

The Prince of Wales Feathers have been used as Royal arms since the 14th century, originating on the Black Prince's "shield for peace". Their use became popular in Stuart Britain.
