From the finder, "Location found Bountiful, Utah. House was built in the early 1930s but town was settled in 1847 via Mormon Pioneers who came from the East. To the best of our ability trying to read it there is an possible "N" but it's partially cut off... "ATL" a dot ° and then another letter that is cut off possibly an A,P or an R Then an A. Followed by a 6 or a C....AL° NATL° AA 6AL° Is our best guess after cleaning it and looking under magnification."
