Crossed keys covered by several secondary stamps, P, double-headed eagle, LEIDS / VERW / E, quality mark, privy mark on connecting strip // lion rampant

This is a well known type of Leiden cloth seal that shows it has been dyed there (Leids Verwe - Leiden dyed). The saltire keys and lion rampant are both symbols of Leiden.
