A complete four part searcher's alnage seal showing XXXVIII / W running from disc 2 onto disc 1 and on the other side XVII / L on disc 3, and on disc 4 markings on the head of the rivet that could be interpreted as (SEA)RCH / (ED)
The numbers usually referred to the length and weight of the cloth.
