From Philippe Lanez, "Possibly MOULIN D'ARQUES, for a certain G. A DUNKERQUE (in Dunkerque). Arques is also a parish 40 km from Dunkerque, with an important port on river Aa. The place is also known for Arques' crystals, some of which resemble the flower design on pict n° 2. However nothing conclusive in the absence of more legible legend."
