Triangle formed by three ears of cereal along the left stem is the letter M, along the right stem is the letter T and under the base stem is the letter G. at the centre of the triangle is the number 8.
The writing on the other side has been deciphered with the help of other seals:- CONCORDIA is curved along the top with GOZMALOM (steam mill in Hungarian) curved upwards below that. In the centre are the initials RT curved downwards below this is DAMPFMUL A.G. and finally curved at the very bottom edge is BUDAPEST. DAMPF MUHLEN A.G. suggest a German steam mill manufacturer - see here and Szczecin iron foundry which was also known as Stettiner Dampf-Muhlen AG.
The principal industry of Hungary is flour-milling. The number of steam-mills, which in 1867 was about 150, rose to 1723 in 1895 and to 1845 in 1905. Between 3,000,000 and 3,200,000 tons of wheat-flour are produced annually. The principal steam-mills are at Budapest; large steam-mills are also established in many towns, while there are a great number of water-mills and some wind-mills. The products of these mills form the principal article of export of Hungary.
