The rivet disc from a two-disc seal for bay, possibly from Coggeshall due to the punning cock (however many other places copied it - see BSG.CS.01102).
The lattice on the rivet stub is very probably part of a portcullis. The rivet-like marks at the intersections are matched in this possible imitation, BSG.CS.01263.
