Five towered castle in line embattled border // letters mimicking a wheatsheaf ?

Identified by Philip Lanez - Burkheim am Kaiserstuhl, "(formerly Burkheim am Rhein) is part of the town of Vogtsburg in Kaiserstuhl and is located on the western edge of the Kaiserstuhl." From Philip Lanez, "Reading the article on Wiki, about Burkheim, we learn the castle had three and then five towers. In the sigillum the towers where, at that time (16th,17th) covered with balls instead of flags nowadays. Under Lazarus von Schwendi there was an important mill. ... the circle around could represent a water wheel. ...
