Seed Merchants, Carters Bag Seal
Carters Bag Seal, Image & found by jca.
Found this at the Hinckly Club rally last Sunday. It's 27 mil by 22mil and has the word CARTERS, I cannot read the other side. JIM. From the comments kindly supplied below we suspect it says London on the reverse - a supporting photo would be appreciated.
The script style of Carters looks very much like that registered as the trademark for Carters Tested Seeds (The Best & Cheapest) 1879.
