Cloth Seal, German, Wesel?, Image & Found by Gj Bras.
Found near Waddinxveen, Netherlands, 41mm, 16g.
Missing // triple rose, MIMENTO MORI around (N retrograde) // missing // missing
It is not certain this is an inner disc from a four-disc cloth seal or that it is from Wesel. The motto is that of Wesel but others may have used it. The hole shows it has been attached by means other than the usuual rivet of a cloth seal but that may have been for a secondary use subsequent to its attachment to cloth.
Probably 16th to 17th century from its characteristics.
See BSG.CS.00373 and BSG.CS.00372 for other Continental seals with similar Tudor-type roses. Similar roses are also known on more conventional Continental cloth seals such as those from Tangermünde and Salzwedel.
Philippe Lanez has found this interesting link - Shakespeare on Show: Memento Mori Seal again dating it to the 16th century but showing a possible English connection.
