Triple towered castle, lion passant guardant beneath // S Y Z
The Y might be a tree or stylised I or a simple spacer.
The arms are those of Norwich. They could also possibly be those of Guildford as the towers are not domed but there are no woolpacks to the sides of the castle, no key beneath the portcullis and the lion is more laikely to be passant rather than couchant.
