From Paul Cannon, "I am fairly sure that this is another Gostorg seal associated with trade from the USSR in the Soviet period. The inscriptions read H.K.B.T. ГОСТОРГ standing for НАРОДНЫЙ КОМИССАРИАТ ВНЕШНЕЙ ТОРГОВЛИ ie “People’s Commissariat of Foreign Trade Gostorg”. The other face reads “ШУЙСК.А.BО”. Shuysky is the name of a district in Ivanovo Oblast but it is also a surname as well. I’m not sure what the other abbreviations are.
