First line - ЛД = LD = l'nyanoy dosmotr = Flax Inspection.
Second & Third line - (Л?):АРЕ / ХОВЬ = L:ARE / HOV'
= name of quality control officer*
Fourth line - H5? = N5? = number of work station used by QA officer.
Second side:-
First line - NP = unknown initials.*
Second line - IM12K = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales.
Third line - 179(9?) = date of assessment.
