From other similar seals we know these have the inscriptions таможня and a number around the orthodox cross and Москва and a date around the double headed Russian eagle. Distinctive 'popper' like seals.

Obverse:- a Russian Double Headed Eagle. (the normal ТАМОЖНЯ ... Customs Tax is missing.
Reverse: - МОСКОВ (MOSCOW) 1887 around an Orthodox Christian Cross.
