A Norwich cloth seal with the letters in a well known style:- NO / RWI / (CH) on one side and the other side shows letters that could be some of the initials of the wardens of Norwich for that particular year or from the legend 'FIDE LITAS ARTES ALIT' of the Norwich Russel Company or part of a faulty cloth inscription e.g. 'TO SHORTE' or 'TO NARROWE' and variations of.
