DEPOSE EN FRANCE with a flag emerging from a wheatsheaf? Other side appears to have KINGS written downward around the edge and upwards the other side of a dot is CH????? Across the middle is SEEDSMAN?

From Michel Royer, "English seal lead (with possible sale in France as indicated on the reverse) for seeds. Just a little addition: legend KING'S LYNN for the city of origin. SEEDSMAN in the center and perhaps a first name at the beginning of the circular legend "CHARLES" but remains to be confirmed because very difficult to read.
