Spanish, Arms of Castile, León, Granada and Bourbon Seal

Spanish, Arms of Castile, León, Granada and Bourbon Seal, Image & Found by Andy Hawkins.
Found on the Isle of Wight, 30mm.

Crowned shield bearing quartered first and fourth a castle; second and third a lion rampant, point in point a flower, overall an oval inescutcheon three fleur-de-lise // Annulus bearing (K?)RUN at the top and a wreath at the base, AÑO / DE / 1862 in the centre.

The Coat of arms of Spain is a parallel for those shown on this seal with the exception that the arms of the Crown of Aragon in the third quarter are replaced by a repeat of the Arms of the Kingdom of León and those of Kingdom of Navarre in the fourth quarter are replaced with a repetition of the Kingdom of Castiles'
The tilde above the N in AÑO also suggests Spain.

Possibly some form of customs seal?
