Identified by Philippe Lanez, "Spanish seal from CALLOSA DE SEGURA. This place is world's leading producer of ropes and nets made of hemp. They also produce calzados.
The reverse seems to read RENFE acronym for Red nacional de los ferrocarriles españoles since 1941. The station was inaugurated in November 1884, is part of the line Alicante - Alquerías."

If it is RENFE then this is a railway seal but this name was not given to National Network of Spanish Railways until 1941.
